Workshop on Harmonized Allocation Rules for long-term electricity transmission rights

​This workshop aims at discussing with stakeholders the Agency’s proposal for an amended version of the main body of the Harmonized Allocation Rules (HAR) for long-term electricity transmission rights submitted by all TSOs in accordance with the EU Regulation establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation. Harmonized Allocation Rules aim at creating of a level-playing field across Europe.

The National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) did not reach an agreement on the required credit rating for banks issuing collaterals for market participants and have requested ACER to take a decision. You can access background info here​.
