Public Consultation on ​Draft Framework Guidelines on rules regarding harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas

 From 5 September 2012 to 5 November 2012 The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) is running a public consultation on on ​Draft Framework Guidelines on rules regarding harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas.
It will allow interested parties to assess the Draft Framework Guidelines and answer to the relevant  questions in the accompanying Questionnaire until 5th of November 2012, 23:59 CET.
 
The Agency presents for public consultation two key documents:
 
1.      Questionnaire for the Draft Framework Guideline on Harmonised Gas Transmission Tariff Structures
 
2.      Draft Framework Guidelines on rules regarding Harmonised Gas Transmission Tariff Structures
 
Please note that Evaluation of Responses of previous ACER Public Consultation on Scope and main policy options for Framework Guidelines on Harmonised transmission tariff structures is presented  as  a supporting document to this consultation. Please also note that during the consultation, ACER will also provide on its website additional supporting documentation on Initial Impact Assessment, which shall provide stakeholders with more context on the two above key documents.
The draft Framework Guidelines, which the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) is preparing pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 715/2009 and on the basis of a request from the European Commission dated 29 June 2012, apply to the transmission services offered at all entry and exit points of gas Transmission System Operators (TSOs), irrespective of whether they are physical or virtual.
