ACER consults stakeholders on the Interoperability Implementation Monitoring

Background

Following the entry into force on 20 May 2015 of the COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2015/703 of 30 April 2015 establishing a network code on interoperability and data exchange rules, the Agency is preparing the first Report on the implementation of the Balancing Network Code.

The current survey aims at gathering the views of stakeholders regarding this implementation, concerning the issues of Interconnection Agreements, Gas Quality and Odourisation and Data Exchange.
