TwitterLinkedinmailTo
The Agency will organise a public workshop on REMIT implementation in Ljubljana on 3 April 2014. The following topics will be addressed and discussed during the workshop:
  • The ACER Trade Reporting User Manual (TRUM)
  • The ACER Requirements for the registration of Registered Reporting Mechanisms (RRM) and Regulated Information Services (RIS)
  • Latest developments of CEREMP
The TRUM is intended to provide market participants, and third parties reporting on their behalf, with sufficient guidance to make informed decisions about their transaction reporting obligations. The Agency intends to launch a public consultation on the draft TRUM in advance of the public workshop. The consultation document will be made available on the Agency’s website and will serve as a basis for the discussion in this workshop. The RRM and RIS Requirements include the technical and organisational requirements that need to be fulfilled by reporting entities in order to submit data to the Agency. Draft RRM and RIS Requirements were consulted on in April 2013 and will be further developed in 2014. The workshop is intended to provide opportunities for stakeholders to express their views on the abovementioned topics. The input received during the workshop will be taken into consideration for the Agency’s ongoing work on the implementation of REMIT. Access the programme and the registration form here.
