ACER Reasoned Opinion on Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms for gas
ACER issued its Reasoned Opinion on the Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms submitted by ENTSOG to the Agency on 6 March 2012. In its Opinion ACER states that the Network Code generally shows a high degree of compliance with the Agency's Framework Guidelines. However it also points out the fact that some specific provisions of the Network Code are not in line with those of the Framework Guidelines or with the objectives set out therein or are out of scope.
