Life at the workplace

With the annually organised special working day, the Away Day, ACER creates the opportunity to build coherence between departments and teams in a non-formal setting while benefiting from the highlights of one of the touristic sights of Slovenia. Furthermore, each year, various events are organised by the Staff Committee.

A channel for the expression of opinion by staff is represented by the Staff Committee, whose members are chosen among the eligible Agency staff by elections. The Staff Committee represents the interests of the staff vis-à-vis the Agency and maintains constant contact between the Agency and its staff.
