We are looking for Administrative Agents to provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments of the Agency. 

The jobholders will assist Heads of Departments with daily activities, manage agendas, organise meetings, prepare documents, coordinate departmental tasks, and facilitate smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders. Working within dynamic teams, successful candidates will contribute to continuous workflow improvements and promote the Agency’s values and culture.

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to coordinate procurement activities accross the full procurement and contract lifecycle, from planning and implementation to contract management and reporting. 

The jobholder will manage various procurement procedures in line with the EU Financial Regulation and the Agency's internal rules. Working closely with internal teams, the jobholder will plan, monitor and report on ACER's annual procurement plan and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and contract management procedures, policies and tools.
