​​​​PC_2018_E_06 - Public consultation on the amendments of the proposal for common capacity calculation methodology for the Core region

On 21 August 2018, the Agency was informed by the regulatory authorities of the capacity calculation region Core that they could not approve the amended TSOs' proposal for the Capacity Calculation Methodology of the Core region pursuant to Article 20 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM Regulation). The Agency was therefore asked to adopt a decision concerning this Amended Proposal in accordance with Article 9(11) of Regulation (EU) 2015/1222. 

To take an informed decision on the Amended Proposal, the Agency seeks the comments of interested stakeholders on some elements of the Amended Proposal that may need improvements.

All interested stakeholders are invited to submit their comments by 24 December 2018, 23:59 hrs (CET).​
