PC_2019_E_15 - Public Consultation on the implementation framework for the mFRR European platform

​​​​ACER has launched a public consultation on the proposal made by all Transmission System Operators for the implementation framework for the European platform for the exchange of balancing energy from frequency restoration reserves with manual activation (mFRR).

The proposal is in accordance with Article 20 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 establishing a Guideline on Electricity Balancing. ACER is therefore competent to decide on this proposal in accordance with Article 5.7 of the same Guideline.
In order to take an informed decision on the proposal, ACER seeks the comments of interested stakeholders on the topics presented in its consultation.
All interested stakeholders are invited to submit their comments by 18 November 2019, 23:59 hrs (CET).
