ACER presents its first Annual Report on REMIT and the third edition of the REMIT guidance
The Agency presented its first Annual Report on REMIT (Regulation on wholesale market integrity and transparency) during a public workshop on REMIT implementation held today in Ljubljana. ACER also presented the 3rd edition of ACER’s Guidance on the application of REMIT.
The REMIT workshop focused also on the registration of market participants, data collection and the launch of the publication of the European register of market participants. The Agency will take into consideration the views expressed by stakeholders during the workshop and the responses received in the public consultation in its work on the implementation of the regulation.
