Public Workshop on the CACM 2.0 amendments on Market coupling governance & organisation
What is it about?
Workshop objective: On 22 January, the European Commission requested ACER to deliver a recommendation on reasoned amendments to the CACM Regulation by the end of 2021. On 15 April, ACER launches a public consultation on the proposed amendments giving stakeholders the opportunity to provide their views on these amendments. This workshop – 1 of 2 - is organised by ACER to provide the stakeholders with a high-level insight into the amendments and their reasoning on market coupling organisation, development and operation and allows for Q&A with ACER and NRA staff involved in the drafting.
