As an OMP, are we obliged to offer reporting services for the submission of “Non-Standard” Contracts?

Answer: According to the Agency’s understanding, the obligation in Article 8(1a) of REMIT for organised marketplaces to report details of their order book(s) does not relate to the reporting of non-standard contracts/contracts executed outside the organised marketplace. However, organised marketplaces may nevertheless assist the market participants with reporting of non-standard contracts/contracts executed outside the organised marketplace.
