I am uncertain whether I am a  market participant and whether I am obliged to report transactions or  not. What shall I do?

Answer: A market participant is any person who enters into transactions, including the placing of orders to trade, in one or more wholesale energy markets. Market participants shall provide the Agency with a record of wholesale energy market transactions, including orders to trade, following the detailed requirements in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1348/2014 and further specifications in the Agency’s Transaction Reporting User Manual (TRUM)
